Mesa Arizona Temple – Service Missionary Opportunities

The Mesa Temple has an urgent need for service missionaries to serve in two areas:

Temple Office – work with computers, answer the phone, much of the work requires standing, and have a great attitude!  Call Sister Jennifer Hutchinson for details 480-833-1211

Temple Laundry – need to stand for extended periods of time, be able to lift, sort laundry, operate machines, use computer when renting clothing, and have a great attitude while helping patrons.  Call Sister Annette Scott for details 480-833-1211

Various four hour shifts are available Tuesdays through Saturdays

BYU Pathways teachers needed

As BYU-Pathway continues to expand, there is an urgent need for service missionaries aged 26 and older to teach online religion courses to students worldwide.  You will teach from the standard works, words of the living prophets, and correlated institute curriculum. 

Serving as a Seminaries and Institutes Online Missionary is a rewarding experience that includes engaging with students throughout the week in Canvas and in a weekly Zoom Gathering.  This opportunity requires an 8–10-hour commitment each week.

Deseret Industries Missionaries Needed 

Deseret Industries – Need for two missionaries to serve as instructors. As instructors you would be helping those who are returning to the workplace, have struggled in previous jobs, need additional skills, lack work experience, are preparing for or are returning from a mission. 

Classes to be taught include

Supervisory Skills
 Customer Service
 and GED

Windsor Ward Choir Practice

Sis. Jana Cox, ward choir director, would like to extend an invitation to all, to come and join the choir.  No experience necessary.  The choir will practice after church each Sunday for 30-45 min in the Relief Society room.

Single Adults Fireside

Fireside opportunity this Sunday evening at 7pm at the Kimball East Stake Center. Sister Debi Baugh is an amazing woman of faith who will tell the story of her late husband Jim Baugh, convert to the church and professor at Westpoint, and their journey together in a life of service. She will also reflect on her life as a widow and share how she is finding strength and courage through her Savior’s love.
